Brenda sold real estate in Columbus, OH and surrounding areas until 1984 when she moved to Cape Coral. In 1989, Brenda and Scoop joined forces and franchised with Prudential Real Estate. They were the first Prudential real estate affiliate in Southwest Florida, from 1989 through 2011, where Brenda placed # 3 Nationwide! When Prudential announced their decision to sell the real estate division and retain insurance, the Coles decided to move on and look for a brokerage matching their level of professionalism and goals. RE/MAX was where they knew they needed to be! Brenda and Brooke opened the new franchise RE/MAX Nautical Realty at 1337 Cape Coral Parkway East, Cape Coral, Fl 33904. The Coles have earned awards annually since the inception of “The Cole Team. These include coveted industry awards such as the “Top 100 Nationwide”, “Legend”, the “Chairman Circle” , "Diamond Club Team", "Best of the Best" by the News-Press for Best Real Estate Team, Best Real Estate Company and more between Prudential and RE/MAX. In 1989, Brenda was awarded “Realtor of the Year” and Scoop, proudly following in his father’s footsteps, was President of the Cape Coral Realtor Association. Scoop was also awarded “Realtor of the Year” in 1992 & 1993. Scoop is originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan and Brenda hails from Columbus, Ohio.
